Exercise a complete root, timestamp, snapshot, targets and delegated-targets chain through
TrustedMetadataSetwithEnvelopeType.SIMPLE. The test verifies real signatures and target content, and checks that unsigned timestamp and tampered delegated metadata are rejected.Refs #2565. This covers the trusted metadata set; it leaves the broader issue open for other components and envelope variants.
Validation:
