Update Storybook and its Rsbuild/Rslib adapters, Module Federation, Next.js/next-rspack, React RSC, and ReactLynx to current releases. Resolve the Module Federation Storybook preset through its exported entry point, declare required Rspack peers, and use the named React Refresh export so the RSC development server starts correctly.
Local builds, lint, tests, Storybook static builds, and RSC development interaction checks pass. Directly serving the RSC production output still encounters the existing unconditional HMR client import.
