Flaky: TestFollowRefusesOversizedLinesAndFrames (calls=2 on ubuntu) #46

Failed on main CI run for 8526206 (ubuntu only): runs_test.go:556: frame: err=the platform sent a stream frame over 4194304 bytes calls=2 (want a fatal error, no retry). It passed on rerun and on the PR CI. Looks like a timing race in the follow/reconnect path or in the test server. Blocked the 0.1.28 release until the rerun.
