The literal 8.0-SNAPSHOT dependency version made frozen-coordinates.py treat codenameone-dart-runtime:8.0-SNAPSHOT as a pinned artifact the release must find on R2, so the 7.0.277 release failed its frozen-artifact check before building anything.
