docs: install skills from the skills-latest release zips - #49

Lead the Claude and ChatGPT install paths with the combined basic-memory.zip / basic-memory-chatgpt.zip skill, keep per-skill zips as an optional table (adds memory-comark and memory-quest, marks the local-only skills), document npx skills add -g for coding agents, and describe the hand-unzip bundles.
