Add Start launch video and polish blog headers

Adds the Start 1.0 launch video served from Cloudflare R2, with a lightweight title-frame poster and click-to-play overlay. Video stays unloaded until playback, and blog cards use the static poster.

Updates the shared blog header with the date above the title, author profiles, and optional contributor credits. Credits Manuel, Florian, and Christopher on the Start announcement and fixes the quoted adoption response.

Validation: pnpm test passed, formatting and diff checks passed, and the header, poster, and playback were checked in the browser. The announcement remains draft: true for the scheduled publication.
