fix(query-core): do not schedule garbage collection timers on the server - #12053

Conversation
An explicit gcTime still started a setTimeout during SSR, which kept the request's async context alive until the timer fired. The per-request cache is discarded with the response, so the timer has nothing to collect. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

| In case you are creating the `QueryClient` for every request, Preact Query creates the isolated cache for this client, which is preserved in memory for the `gcTime` period. That may lead to high memory consumption on server in case of high number of requests during that period. | ||

| On the server, `gcTime` defaults to `Infinity` which disables manual garbage collection and will automatically clear memory once a request has finished. If you are explicitly setting a non-Infinity `gcTime` then you will be responsible for clearing the cache early. | ||
| On the server, no garbage collection timers are scheduled, whatever the `gcTime`, and `gcTime` defaults to `Infinity`. Memory is cleared automatically once the request has finished and the `QueryClient` is no longer referenced. |

Correct the server cache-retention explanations.
Each guide still states that the cache remains in memory for the gcTime period, but Removable.scheduleGc does not schedule server-side timers. Also, an unreachable QueryClient makes the cache eligible for garbage collection; it does not guarantee immediate memory reclamation.
Update the corresponding sections in all three guides:

On the server, an explicit
gcTimestill scheduled a realsetTimeout. That timer keeps the render's async context alive for the wholegcTime, so a per-requestQueryClientthat is thrown away with the response pins the request in memory.scheduleGcnow skips the timer on the server, the same way theInfinitydefault already does. The storedgcTimeis unchanged. The SSR guides for React, Preact, Vue, and Solid still said a finitegcTimewas something you had to clean up yourself, so those are updated too.Fixes #12025
