Summary

Release v1.1.0.

Features

• morph(value, type) builtin for converting between int, float, string, bool, list, and map. Bare type names work as values (morph("5", int)), and aliases (integer, number, str, dict, ...) are accepted.
• stdlib/url.qs with url_encode / url_decode for percent-encoding query values.
• sleep(milliseconds) in stdlib/time.qs.

Fixes

• HTTP requests now percent-encode characters that are invalid in a URL (spaces, non-ASCII bytes, backslashes) instead of sending a malformed request line.
• HTTP responses now report the real transport error code in the error key when a request fails (previously always 0).
• Non-ASCII (UTF-8) console output now prints correctly on Windows.
• qs compile now locates the C runtime sources relative to the installed binary, QUANTO_HOME, QS_SOURCE_DIR, and the current directory, and reports a clear error when they are missing. Release archives and the installer now ship src/.
• qs compile runs quietly: no C compiler warnings from the runtime, no empty build/ directory, and no leftover generated .c file (kept only on failure).
• Unified function-variable scoping between the interpreter and the VM, and a use-after-free when running a .qvm image.

Documentation and cleanup

• Reorganized documentation into linked chapters under docs/guide/**.
• Removed audit/validation scratch scripts and the no-op audit instrumentation layer.
• Updated stdlib/README.md for the random, url, and sleep additions.

Testing

• Regression suite passes 62/62 on the interpreter, VM, and bytecode (build + run) paths.
• Builds clean under -Wall -Wextra.
