实现本机认证、运行概览、连接、插件、AI、日志与配置备份恢复，补齐角色控制、Agent持久记录及观察工具。 公开源码和使用/开发文档，集中忽略本机中间记录与运行资料；保留依赖许可证并提供中文PR模板。 验证：独立Windows构建、相关Go检查、242项界面、210项工具、64项布局、隔离整机与实际恢复重启通过；未测真人范围按约定取消，不记实测通过。
