Sync with the canonical script in phala-cloud-monorepo (v0.0.21): add a 300s timeout to `docker compose pull` so a stalled pull cannot block CVM boot indefinitely.

Closing: upstream is reverting v0.0.21 (the 300s compose-pull timeout strands large images on slow registries), so dstack-examples stays at v0.0.20. See Phala-Network/phala-cloud-monorepo revert PR. |
